The call for outline research proposals within the broad area of diagnostic tests and test technologies is now closed.

The programme intends to commission primary research or evidence synthesis research. The Diagnostic Tests and Test Technologies Board met in November 2009 to consider 32 full proposals. Of these, 16 projects (13 primary research and three evidence synthesis) were selected for funding.
