Dr Andrew Cook, Consultant in Public Health/Fellow in HTA

Andrew Cook has been a Consultant in Public Health Medicine at NETSCC, HTA (Health Technology Assessment programme) since November 2005. He is currently the Consultant Advisor looking after the HTA Interventional Procedures Panel and Commissioning Board and the PHR Programme Advisory and Research Funding Boards. He has previously worked for primary care trusts and health authorities in the West Midlands where he had a particular interest in the commissioning and design of services. His research interests include predicting recruitment to clinical trials and anticipating similar studies originating from multiple trial funders.
